How We Hire

We connect talented people with jobs and teams where they’ll do work they truly enjoy. Here's how our hiring process works.

Apply for a job at Facebook, or send your resume to your recruiter.

Our recruiting team will evaluate your skills and experience related to the qualifications of the job you've applied for.

Be patient while we review your resume.

If you are selected to advance in the process, you'll hear from a Facebook recruiter.

Have a conversation with a Facebook recruiter.

At this stage in the process, you'll speak with someone on our recruiting team to learn more about the role you've applied for and what it's like to work at Facebook.

Have a phone or video interview with a hiring manager or team member.

These interviews aim to evaluate your interest in and ability to do the day-to-day work of the role we're hiring for.

Continue interviewing with potential teammates, managers, and other people you may work with.

Now is the time for you to learn even more about Facebook, and for us to better understand your professional experience and talents.

Be patient as we consider your interview performance, skills, and experience.

At this point, everyone you’ve interviewed with submits their feedback and we assess whether you’d be successful in the role we’re hiring for—or if there’s another role at Facebook that makes sense for you.

Get feedback from your recruiter.

After your interviews, you'll hear from your recruiter to review how your interviews went and discuss any next steps.

Review your job offer.

After you accept, we look forward to officially welcoming you to Facebook.

Determine start date, complete paperwork, and finalize other details with your recruiter.

Welcome! You're about to help bring the world closer together.
