- Development and communication of forecast to suppliers.
- Build plan review and coordination with key suppliers/partners.
- Ensure alignment between capacity plan priorities and supplier commitments.
- Quote compilation and accuracy.
- Monitor supplier performance to pricing and business splits as defined by commodity team.
- SLA Performance: Measure, manage and improve supplier actual performance against negotiated service level agreements (SLA).
- Ongoing Cost Productivity: Measure, report and action cost improvement as compared to market pricing and pricing models.
- Scorecard Management: Lead measuring supplier performance, root cause issues and driving improved performance.
- Rollup of team performance metric.
- Own some aspects of supplier performance.
- 10% domestic travel required.
- 10% international travel required.
- Requires a Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Business Administration, or related field, and 36 months in the job offered or in a related occupation.
- Requires 36 months of experience in the following:
- 1. Supply Chain Management
- 2. Supplier/Vendor Management - Score Card and Performance Improvement
- 3. Contract / NDA Negotiation, Routing coordination
- 4. Demand, forecast and Supply Management
- 5. Datacenter Infrastructure hands on experience
- 6. Risk Management, Project Management, Category Management
- 7. Exp. collaborating with cross functional partners (Engineering, Thermal teams, finance, accounting, Vendors, Product Life cycle management teams)
- 8. Procurement Operations – Managing Purchase Orders, Contracts, NDA’s, Invoicing
- 9. Cost/ Spend/ Performance data Analysis and
- 10. Strategic process Improvement activities to drive cost savings, quality and efficiency.
