- Manage logistics fulfillment to support infra sites.
- Identify and track opportunities for continuous improvements, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize service levels and operations.
- Manage and ensure timely, compliant systematic receipts at vendor-managed locations.
- Manage vendors to fulfill inventory and asset management requirements, encompassing month-end validations, SOX compliance audits, and inventory transaction requirements in order to achieve essential operational objectives.
- Refine, and maintain documentation capturing and promoting processes and policies for safe and effective logistics operations execution.
- Manage invoice and receipt exceptions, analyzing issue trends and working with internal teams and vendors to resolve.
- Recommend operational insights and trends through building of reports and dashboards.
- 3+ years' progressive experience in freight management, distribution, logistics/reverse logistics or similar.
- Demonstrated experience in supply chain optimisation, best practice and process implementation.
- Understanding of International freight and trade/compliance in APAC
- Experience with warehouse inventory management.
- Skilled in Excel, Powerpoint and / or Gsuite tools, and database analysis.
- Demonstrated cross functional communication skills.
- Experience working across internal business organizations and with external business partners.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics or Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
- Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement skills
