Meta is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Partner Manager to join our Telco Business team in Latin America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships with leading telecommunications companies in the region. This full-time position will have responsibility over the North Cone region of Latin America.
Strategic Partner Manager - Telco Business Team Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic partnership plans with leading telcos in Latin America, focusing on driving growth, innovation, and revenue
  • Build and maintain trustful relationships with C-Level executives at partner companies
  • Negotiate and close complex deals that enhance Meta's product offerings, generate new revenue streams, and drive distribution of the Meta Family of Apps and devices
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and risks
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on partnership performance, market trends, and competitive landscape
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on business development, partnerships, or sales
  • Proven track record of negotiating complex deals and building trustful relationships with C-Level executives
  • Deep understanding of the Latin American market, including regulatory environments, consumer behavior, and industry trends
  • Deep communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with mobile operators, OEMs, or other telco-related companies
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies, such as 5G, IoT, or AI
  • Familiarity with Meta's products and services, including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger
