Global Sales Analytics Lead Responsibilities
  • Work with large and complex data sets to solve a wide array of challenging problems using different analytical and statistical approaches.
  • Apply technical expertise with quantitative analysis, experimentation, data mining, and the presentation of data to develop strategies for our products that serve billions of people and hundreds of millions of businesses.
  • Identify and measure success of the ads business through goal setting, forecasting, and monitoring of key metrics to understand trends.
  • Conduct analysis using internal and external data (e.g.
  • customer, user, revenue, product, market, industry) to derive insights that will drive business decisions.
  • Develop deep understanding of the Meta ads business, analyzing business and product trends (including regional, channel and vertical performance), recognizing opportunities, and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Conduct deep dives through complex data analysis to extract meaningful insights for the sales and product leadership teams.
  • Work effectively with Sales Operations, Finance, Engineering and other cross functional teams globally, driving results in the form of data insights and building strategic partnerships.
  • Conceptualize, build, manage and maintain centralized tools (including dashboards) that the business and Analytics teams can use to extract data /insights for daily business management in an automated manner.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Business Analytics, Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field and
  • 1 year of work experience in the job offered or a computer-related occupation. Requires 1 year of experience in the following
  • Demonstrated problem solving with experience providing business insights and recommendations from data sets (revenue, product, market, and industry trends)
  • Working independently, managing multiple concurrent projects, and driving initiatives in a cross-functional environment
  • Stakeholder management, including managing multiple partners simultaneously
  • Presenting technical content to non- technical audiences and leadership, through data visualizations, to tell the story behind the numbers and answer key business problems
  • Establishing short and long-term goals that will advance the organization’s productivity through analytics
  • Analyzing and deriving meaning from unstructured data sets
  • Involvement with efficiency analyses to optimize go-to- market investments
  • Built prototypes of analytical tools and dashboards that helped scale the procurement of insights
  • Utilizing both qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis techniques
  • Working in e- Commerce / Commerce industry
  • Advanced SQL experience
  • and Excel and Data Visualization (Tableau and Power BI)

$227,704/year to $247,500/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
