Project Manager, Problem Integrity Ops, Trust & Safety Responsibilities
- Understand Meta's community support processes, products and policies, analyze current protocol and drive recommendations for process, policy and product improvements.
- Synthesize information and context and draw connection points across multiple teams to provide recommendations on strategy and drive operations and execution.
- Identify and creatively solve cross-functional operational issues, often unique to each project.
- Track and analyze key operational metrics to understand the support ecosystem and help determine where to focus optimization efforts.
- Work with cross-functional partners to reduce the prevalence of problem topic on our platforms, and drive community engagement and trust.
- Apply judgment regarding support needs across multiple competing priorities.
- Communicate to cross-functional partners, prepare formal recurring communications, and present to people at all levels of the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires a Master’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
- Requires 36 months of experience involving the following:
- 1. Providing advisory support to management and subject matter experts for optimal profit management
- 2. Acting as the central point of contact for internal departments and customers regarding billing inquiries
- 3. Establishing productivity monitoring and prepare monthly financial forecasts and customer invoicing for CRM's international locations
- 4. Developing, analyzing, and documenting business processes, producing analyses, reports, and decision-making templates for various departments to improve optimization, reorganization, and customer negotiations
- 5. Independently managing sub-projects, including project management and controlling
- 6. Developing cross-departmental procedures, communication and collaboration processes, and documentations
- 7. Supporting operations in identifying problem causes and implementing long-term solutions.

$168,811/year to $194,480/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
