Meta is seeking a highly motivated team player to join the Total Rewards team as Compensation Business Partner in Asia Pacific (APAC). In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders, People team partners and the global compensation team to shape and execute high impact compensation programs. You are a self-starter, curious and proactive, a natural at building relationships and have a track record of exercising sound judgement and business acumen, and driving towards change.
Compensation Business Partner Responsibilities
  • Compensation partner for fast-paced and complex orgs supporting multiple business leaders, HR Business Partners and Recruiting
  • Consulting with and influencing business leaders on compensation decisions and strategy impacting APAC using data-driven insights
  • Partner with both the international programs team and HQ colleagues to evolve the design and adoption of global Compensation programs across APAC
  • Design and implement effective communication and education strategies for compensation programs
  • The subject matter expert on market trends and factors impacting talent attraction & retention for tech talent across APAC
  • Play a key role in the APAC Compensation team including developing and coaching analysts and contributing on region-wide projects
Minimum Qualifications
  • 12+ years’ experience in the Compensation field, ideally in a fast-paced, high tech, performance-driven environment
  • Demonstrated compensation experience at an APAC-wide level covering a broad spectrum of compensation fields combined with market analysis and benchmarking skills
  • Proven track record of effective business partnering, communication and influencing skills with demonstrated experience building relationships and creating significant credibility with business leaders
  • Demonstrable experience collaborating, partnering and building consensus across teams, enjoys getting stuck in and dedicated to doing the right thing to support the growth of the business
  • Diverse mix of hands-on, operational and design/execution/program management experience
  • Track record of exercising sound judgment, creating proposals backed with robust data
  • Demonstrated project management experience, working to tight deadlines with multiple priorities, and across multiple countries
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in partnering with highly technical populations preferred
