This person will lead the finance support for the Global Affairs function at Meta, working closely with Global Affairs leadership. Director of Finance, Global Affairs Responsibilities
  • Create strong business partnerships with leadership within Global Affairs (Policy, Communications and Governance teams)
  • Provide financial leadership across planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning
  • Provide hands-on analytic support and develop actionable insights and reporting that will influence key decision makers to allocate resources more effectively
  • Develop a deep understanding of cost drivers for both OpEx and Headcount
  • Help define and implement scalable financial processes
  • make us and our business partners more efficient
  • Drive process improvements by partnering with up-stream process owners and enhance current tools/systems related to financial management
Minimum Qualifications
  • 12+ years of finance-related experience
  • BA/BS in business, finance, accounting, management or related field
  • Experience in financial planning and creating data-driven analysis
  • Proven track record of collaborating with leadership
  • Proven track record in evaluating business decisions, including identifying gaps or business needs, and proposing and implementing solutions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Policy, Communications, or Marketing organizations would be beneficial
  • Experience with Hyperion Essbase, Oracle EPM
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
  • Master’s degree in business, finance, accounting, management or related field

$219,000/year to $288,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
