- Collaborate with Compliance and Legal stakeholders to define products and features that will keep our users safe and compliant with regulatory requirements
- Identify new risks and opportunities across the ecosystem to improve our compliance posture and keep our platforms safe
- Understand team's strategic and competitive position and deliver products and features that are effective and impactful
- Define and analyze metrics that evaluate the impact and inform the success of initiatives
- Establish shared vision across various teams by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
- Grow and maintain effective relationships with different stakeholders across the organization and the company, including product groups, Subject Matter Experts and Cross-Functional Partners
- Display leadership skills, leading and motivating a team of engineers and other cross-functional representatives, while maintaining team health
- Significant Product Management experience in high growth technical environments
- Background in risk management, integrity or compliance domains
- Problem-solving skills to aid navigating ambiguity and making informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones
- Proven analytical skills, translating data insights into actionable recommendations
- Technical experience with analytical tools, methodologies, and design
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational and execution skills
- Technical and/or analytical background, including familiarity with Machine Learning terms, metrics and work methods
- Extensive understanding of payment systems, regulations, and industry trends
- Proven communication and presentation skills
