Meta seeks a Product Marketing Manager to drive adoption and growth of advertising solutions for customers across Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp and future applications and service, for the French and Southern Europe markets. The role is part of our PMM team whose mission is to accelerate product and business growth through market and audience expertise. We are the voice of product in International Markets and the voice of International Markets in Product. As the Market PMM, you will be responsible for bringing in market insights, influencing product strategies, driving holistic go-to-market strategies to drive awareness, adoption and growth of our ad products across the markets. You will work with Global Business Group (GBG), Sales, and cross functional teams to ensure all efforts are aligned from inception to launch and beyond — and communicated clearly and with empathy to all key stakeholders.
Product Marketing Manager , France & Southern Europe Responsibilities
  • Be the product go-to-market expert across our priority ad products, and own product growth and adoption for our large advertisers in our markets
  • Strategically drive business performance and adoption goals, by managing executive level relationships as well as partnering with regional sales leadership and other cross- functional teams.
  • Independently navigate a variety of internal and external stakeholders to influence, align, and drive execution across the French market and Southern Europe region on the GBG segment of advertisers- covering France , Iberia , Italy and Israel
  • Plan and execute against local go-to-market strategies which include delivering product trainings, client segmentation lists, product positioning and narratives through the lens of Advertisers to drive business outcomes
  • Act as the voice of the market to global product teams. Collaborate with in-market Sales teams to synthesize market opportunities backed with data, and articulate customer problems and feedback, to influence product strategy and roadmaps
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of professional experience in product marketing, advertising, measurement, or business/sales operations
  • Project management experiences, with experience developing and executing marketing strategy - strategic and tactical levels
  • Experience in prioritization, problem solving and independent execution
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, with the experience to adapt, spot issues early, and escalate
  • Track record of collaborating well and influencing cross-functional teams
  • Commercial and data-driven experiences with experience conducting market research and analysis, building business cases to influence product management decisions
  • Fluency in English
  • Communication and interpersonal experiences
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluency in French or Hebrew
