Meta is looking for a strategic, results-driven and people driven Director of Global Partnerships, India who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role will lead partnerships across the most influential and key segment of creators, Public Figures, Brands, Sports Leagues and Media. In this role, you will have a passion for challenge and opportunity as the role is key to supporting, formulating and helping build a strategy for continued growth along with our partners through strategic market development, exciting partner led programs, new product solutions and curating best in class partner relationships across the industry and the country. You will be as comfortable in any room to educate, advocate and excite internal and external stakeholders, and have a passion for community building and Meta's products.
Director, Global Partnerships, India Responsibilities
  • Represent the Creator Partnerships team in India and lead our goals, strategies and team
  • Collaborate and execute upon go-to-market partnership plans with key stakeholders across Partnerships, Comms, Policy, and cross-functional leadership teams
  • Distill and surface market feedback to influence product teams for new and existing products, ensuring alignment to Meta’s strategic goals
  • Execute decisions and deliver communications in an intense, fast-paced, and highly iterative environment
  • Help define and implement the most efficient processes to help our team increase their impact and work more efficiently with partners
  • Proactively support team goal setting process, investigation on key areas of opportunity, and other central and regional team planning functions to enable our org to be successful
  • Always look for innovative and creative ways to communicate and connect with our creators and partners
  • Be part of a regional and global leadership team to support our work and team
Minimum Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in media and/or technology, with recent management and leadership experience
  • India related experience (including having India as part of overall remit)
  • Knowledge of Meta's strategic and competitive position within market and a deep understanding of the creator ecosystem
  • Successful track record of managing, coaching, and supporting high performing individuals
  • Experience leading a dynamic team in a complex cross-functional work setting and navigating a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated experience in communication, collaboration and relationship-building
  • Experience defining, developing and leading programs, as well as organizational and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans
  • Proven track record of driving partnership strategy, preferably within the media and entertainment industries
  • Demonstrated project management experience, with the ability to lead and handle multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional projects
  • Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner
