The APAC Monetization team is responsible for defining a new model of building, launching, and scaling commercial solutions leveraging close proximity to markets and best-in-class partnerships with our business teams. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with experience in working across many cross-functional stakeholder teams as well as product areas. This role is high growth in nature, requires an in-depth understanding for the unique markets in the APAC region, and the capacity to maintain effective relationships across key teams in the US and also London.
Product Manager, APAC Monetization Responsibilities
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones.
  • Drive product development with teams of world-class engineers and designers, while maintaining team health.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics.
  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and inventive solutions are the norm.
  • Is the primary driver for identifying significant opportunities, and driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of product management or related industry experience
  • Experience in gathering requirements across diverse areas and users, and converting and developing them into a product solution.
  • Experience going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution
  • Demonstrated track record of effectively influencing in collaborative and deadline focused environments
  • Experience influencing and driving alignment with executive Leadership and Business Stakeholders
  • Proven experience to communicate clearly, accurately, and persuasively using data
  • Experience defining a mission, product vision and strategy for a successful consumer product
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working on e-commerce products
