The Monitoring and Observability (M&O) organization at Meta is dedicated to achieving and maintaining the highest levels of reliability for Meta’s systems and services so billions of users have the best experience when using our apps. The Prevention team in M&O is responsible for ensuring that bad incidents that could disrupt Meta’s apps and service are proactively prevented and Meta’s apps and services are remain running smoothly and efficiently. We develop and maintain multiple systems that are used by software engineers at Meta to ensure their services and products stay healthy during code changes and rollouts. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering and partnerships. As a highly independent executor, you will be responsible for driving projects forward with minimal guidance, collaborating effectively across partner teams, and interacting with executive stakeholders to drive strategic decisions. In this role, you will leverage your technical acumen and a keen interest in detail to understand the problem space well and develop solutions to solve it. You will also need your leadership skills to influence outcomes, build solid relationships and drive results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
