The Reality Labs Developer Success team plays a critical role in connecting Mixed Reality developers with consumers looking for innovative and immersive experiences. As the popularity of the Meta's Horizon platform continues to grow, we are seeking individuals with experience setting and meeting ambitious targets to join our team and help scale our Integrity review operations. We are on the lookout for motivated individuals who are adept at conducting complex app reviews an investigations, and strategically improving operations and workflows. This role involves collaborating with global vendors and suppliers to uphold high-quality content review processes and driving innovation in content safety and quality through creative solutions.
Policy Operations Specialist, Quality Responsibilities
  • Perform expert review of Mixed Reality content on the Meta Horizon platform ensuring compliance with our developer policies.
  • Evaluate third party vendor reviewers’ policy decisions for accuracy.
  • Gather and deliver insights about trends, patterns, and emerging issues observed during review.
  • Develop tailored recommendations to cross-functional partners to improve our policies, processes and tools.
  • Help to ensure internal policy documentation is accurate, clear, and up-to-date.
  • Partner with vendor operations to ensure that feedback is being shared with relevant teams and proactively track the impact and success of remediation plans.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in policy, integrity/trust and safety scaled operations.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and fluctuating deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Experience partnering with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field highly preferred, such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or Computer Science.
  • Experience working in the technology industry, particularly in app review or trust and safety scaled operations, with an understanding of industry trends and best practices.

$37.98/hour to $118,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
