We are seeking an experienced individual to join the Health & Wellbeing team as a Benefits Manager, Mental Health. This role will include strategy, vendor management, compliance, and engagement. Building cross-functional relationships with both internal and external partners is key. This role will play a critical role in promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma around mental illness, and providing resources and support to employees to manage their mental health and wellbeing.
Benefits Manager, Life@ Mental Health Responsibilities
  • Benefits Program Management and Strategy: Manage the administration of the Mental Health and Wellbeing program. Develop and implement short and long-term benefit strategies to meet business objectives and employee needs. Conduct market research and analyze data to inform benefits decisions, including plan design.
  • Communicate and Promote Mental Health and Wellbeing Initiatives: Develop and execute communication plans to raise awareness about mental health and wellbeing programs and services. Create engaging content to promote mental health and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Program Effectiveness: Track and analyze program metrics, including participation rates, employee engagement, and return of investment. Use data insights to inform program development and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal cross-functional partners to ensure mental health and wellbeing programs meet business needs. Partner with external organizations and industry experts to stay up-to-date on best practices and emerging trends. Consult as a subject matter expert on complex projects
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets related to mental health programs and services. Ensure effective use of resources and optimize program spend.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in employee benefits
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful mental health and wellbeing programs
  • Experienced in developing communication strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and identifying trends though data analysis
  • Strategic vendor management experience
  • Experience with budget management and financial analysis
  • Experience managing time-sensitive projects through to completion while balancing evolving priorities and a wide-range of stakeholders

$174,000/year to $251,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
