The Small Business Group contributes directly to Meta's mission by connecting every small business in the world with their customers on Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger. The Small Business Group at Meta is one of two sales channels responsible for Meta’s multi-billion-dollar advertising business. Our team helps more than 99% of Meta’s 7 million plus advertisers and 90 million active small businesses. Meta is seeking a Global Growth Lead for its Small Business Group (SBG) Demand Management team to develop and manage multi-billion-dollar portfolio of engagement programs that drive growth of our small business engagement across Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. The ideal candidate has experience owning a portfolio of engagement & customer acquisition targets, driving product growth and leading go to market initiatives as well as strong problem solving and program management skills. The role of the Global Growth Lead will be to design, test, and scale global programs that increase engagement and retention by addressing the needs of Small & Medium businesses. Success in this position requires the ability to set & own a strategic roadmap, the ability to translate consumer and data-driven insights into solutions and the ability to effectively lead cross-functional groups. Global Growth Lead, Small Business Group Responsibilities
  • Build global program strategy to drive business engagement growth with end-to-end ownership from ideation to goal attainment
  • Plan, test and scale programs to grow acquisition and engagement for our sales and marketing teams via a diverse, multi-channel demand generation portfolio
  • Lead large, global, cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, data science, and product to drive program execution
  • Develop business plans, customer and market insights, and analyze program effectiveness
  • Drive communication and influence a broad range of stakeholders including executives
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of work experience in a high-performance sales & marketing, consulting, investment banking or program management role
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to drive results
  • Experience problem solving and communicating about issues with individual stakeholders and teams
  • Experience thinking analytically and strategically about issues and influencing internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience being a “connector” across teams and leading a program against KPIs through to completion
  • Experience influencing regional operations, analytics, and marketing teams through an understanding of business needs
  • BA/BS
