The Agency Solutions Manager for Meta’s Southeast Asia Agency team is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts our advertisers and agencies at the core of everything we do. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key agency relationships, be a platform and product expert, and become an expert in media planning, strategy and measurement to our most transformative agencies. With proven understanding of digital media, this role is responsible for partnering with the agency partners to drive growth by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities and use data and analytics to build consultative solutions for our customers.
Agency Solutions Manager, Philippines Responsibilities
  • In partnership with Agency Partner(s), identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners
  • Influence key decision makers with data and logic to overcome obstacles and objections to test solutions and programs
  • Serve as external product consultant educating agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnership
  • Analyze data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions
  • Provide insights on campaign performance to drive long-term solution selling
  • Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against Key Performance Indicators
  • Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross-functional teams
  • Influence product innovation based on agencies’ and client needs and feedback
Minimum Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in digital media agency or related field
  • Experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships)
  • Experience analyzing data sets and delivering actionable insights
  • Experience aligning solutions and measurement to client business objectives
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing management at all levels
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a Meta practitioner and knowledge of Meta’s suite of ad products
  • Tagalog proficiency would be preferred given to the need to work with external partners
  • BA/BS Degree
