Meta is looking for a Finance Manager to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team to partner with the People@ (HR) organization. This role will serve as a key partner and advisor to People@, Corporate FP&A, and cross-functional partners. This role will be closely involved with strategic and operational initiatives, deliver business analytics and insights, contribute meaningfully to business planning and forecasting, and support ad-hoc projects with opportunities for broad cross-functional interactions. This role requires strategic thinking, building connections, and influencing stakeholders through effective communication, an analytical mindset, and a bias towards action. Finance Manager, People@ Responsibilities
  • Own monthly close, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the People@ (HR) organization
  • Create business partnerships with People@ leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Build thoughtful, data-driven analyses to drive better investment decisions
  • Help define and implement scalable financial processes to make us and our business partners more efficient
  • Independently plan, lead and execute on complex finance projects collaborating effectively with other cross-functional teams
  • Utilize analytical skills to build accurate models for high complexity projects.
  • Drive process improvements by partnering with upstream process owners and enhance current tools/systems related to financial management
  • Lead Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) analysts to deliver all finance operational tasks
  • Influence decision making and problem solving across projects and teams
Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years of financial analysis experience
  • B.A. or B.S. in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, of equivalent
  • Experience thinking strategically and managing ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects and priorities
  • Proven track record of building relationships in a cross-functional global environment and with all levels of employees
  • Experience delivering quality communications, including development of key messages
  • Experience in Oracle Planning, Hyperion Planning, or equivalent
  • Experience working and solving problems independently, organizing workload and priorities, and completing tasks on time including both strategic and operational initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
  • FP&A experience supporting HR
  • MBA, CPA, CFA or financial consulting experience
  • Proficient in SQL and Tableau
  • Experience with Oracle Essbase and SmartView Excel Plug-in

$115,000/year to $166,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
