Meta is looking for a Finance Manager to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team to partner with the People@ (HR) organization. This role will serve as a key partner and advisor to People@, Corporate FP&A, and cross-functional partners. This role will be closely involved with strategic and operational initiatives, deliver business analytics and insights, contribute meaningfully to business planning and forecasting, and support ad-hoc projects with opportunities for broad cross-functional interactions. This role requires strategic thinking, building connections, and influencing stakeholders through effective communication, an analytical mindset, and a bias towards action.
