Meta's Enterprise Engineering Department is seeking a highly motivated Infrastructure Solutions Manager to develop and drive the execution of technical infrastructure programs to meet business needs. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated program management background, passion for creating solutions that scale, and effectively deliver in a complex, fast-paced environment. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships across Enterprise Engineering, owning business units engagements, and collaborating with both technical and non-technical cross-functional partners.
Infrastructure Solutions Manager Responsibilities
- Drive alignment of various verticals within Enterprise Engineering and beyond to achieve organizational-level goals
- Develop and execute strategies that focus on driving improvements in operational efficiency, cost, resource utilization, deployment times, and reliability
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, product, business, operations, and finance organizations to drive alignment against both short and long-term strategy
- Work in a very fast-paced and iterative technical environment with infrastructure engineering and product teams, ensuring execution of evolving program goals
- Facilitate discussion with business and technical stakeholders to outline scope, goals, deliverables, resource needs, and timelines.
- Use technical judgement to drive new project evaluations, strategic and technological reviews, challenge proposals, and build consensus
- Proactively identify and analyze complex, long-term, critical infrastructure problems with Enterprise Engineering leaders and stakeholders
- Bring clarity and transparency to every program aspect through clear communications, presentations, metrics and KPI reporting that answer critical questions and provide the right level of data
- Own the communications strategy for large-scale infrastructure programs, which includes executive updates, detailed project and program briefs, and status updates
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical program management experience, systems or solutions architecture experience
- Experience simultaneously managing multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Experience working with technical engineering teams, cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions
- Experience communicating effectively across business and technical teams
- Experience multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, quickly processing information, and demonstrating a dedication to ensuring and maintaining the quality of the end product
- Experience leading without expressed authority, influencing decisions and outcomes
- Experience thinking multiple steps ahead and taking proactive steps to address roadblocks, issues, and distractions
- Problem-solver who has experience to overcome challenges with solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- Experience deploying solutions both on-premise and cloud enterprise solutions including hardware capacity planning where needed

$129,000/year to $185,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
