- With a focus on versatility across projects and groups
- define and evolve artistic direction, aesthetics, ideation, design and vision within the immediate team and in direct collaboration with external partners
- Collaborate on the creation of branding, style guides, and related materials for internal and external teams
- Communicate visual goals and manage expectations with cross-functional internal and external partners
- Create production concepts, storyboards, and 2D assets
- Use industry standard and proprietary tools to create content
- Proven aesthetic and design oriented skills
- Industry experience in an agency setting, entertainment design or other interactive media
- Proficient in industry standard art & illustration tools such as Procreate, Photoshop, Illustrator and other design related software.
- Demonstrated capacity to conceptualize ideas through visual development from rough thumbnails to polished final deliverables, and an understanding of translating these ideas with performance constraints
- Understanding of mood, lighting, form, shape and silhouette in regards to composition
- Demonstrated capacity to adopt and work within different art styles
- Organizational skills with a capacity to work on multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines and expectations
- Proactively improve skills by keeping aware of industry techniques and learning new software packages.
- Capacity to receive and give constructive feedback
- Basic understanding of standard GenAI tools and process
- Foundation in the traditional arts
- Basic knowledge of 3D workflows
- Keen interest in emerging formats, media, and associated technology
