At Meta, the Program Execution team is responsible for end-to-end execution of the highest priorities in our People organization impacting Meta-wide employees. In this role, our team helps deliver impactful changes of the business by proactively delivering highly cross-functional work aligned to the strategies of our People teams (HR, People Development, Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Experience, Analytics, Recruiting). The Change Management Program Manager will lead change initiatives by engaging, advising, and informing key internal & external stakeholders, including the design, development, and delivery of change strategies and plans that drive value for the stakeholders and drive desired business outcomes. Candidates should have experience assessing stakeholder impacts and developing and executing change, communications, knowledge management, and learning strategies.
Change Management Program Manager Responsibilities
  • Conduct change assessments to understand scope and scale of changes, impacts to stakeholders, and potential areas of resistance
  • Identify change goals and success metrics and define high-level change strategies in partnership with other Program Execution roles (e.g., Program Management) and cross-functional partners (e.g., People Communications, HR Business Partners)
  • Build and deliver actionable engagement, communications, knowledge management, and learning plans to enable adoption and achieve intended business outcomes
  • Define, measure, and monitor change success metrics and implement reinforcement strategies
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and decision making in anticipation of project needs and develop innovative, sustainable solutions focused on adding value
  • Understand initiatives that are running in parallel and identify potential dependencies, gaps, and/or opportunities to streamline
  • Build cross-functional partnerships with key stakeholders and leaders such as Product, Recruiting, HRBPs, People Operations, and People Analytics
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of experience leading change management initiatives
  • Prosci ADKAR® Model certification or similar framework
  • Proven interpersonal skills, including establishing rapport, building relationships, and fostering trust quickly at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple, complex change initiatives simultaneously and working autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Experience conducting stakeholder interviews or focus groups, assessing results, and making recommendations
  • Experience delivering quality communications, including content creation and development of key messages
  • Experience conducting learning / skill assessments and developing educational materials (e.g., instructor-led training sessions, how-to guides)
  • Experience using office productivity and collaboration platforms (e.g., Google Apps, Microsoft Office)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge in program and project management methodologies
  • Facilitation and Human-Centered Design experience and/or certification
  • Experience performing process mapping (experience with Visio or MindMap software)
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign (or other design suite) with experience producing content in various, innovative formats
  • Experience working with engineering/product and data analytics teams

$142,000/year to $202,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
