The Regulatory Readiness organization works across technology domains (e.g., Privacy, Integrity, Security) and partners closely with Legal, Policy, Operations, and Product to understand and respond to key external pressures that could impact Meta's businesses. The Regulatory Information Response Team sits at the crossroads of Reactive and Planned regulatory requests for information. We are dedicated to working with subject matter experts across Meta with a broad range of experiences, perspectives, approaches, and backgrounds, to gather the answers to complex questions and partner with Legal/Policy to translate these complexities into easy to understand, yet comprehensive, responses/reports that tell Meta’s compliance story. The primary goal of this team is to provide information to regulators that is accurate, consistent, and efficiently produced, with the aim of fostering positive regulatory relationships for Meta around the world.
Program Manager, Regulatory Information Response Responsibilities
  • Define project scope, develop and execute plans, prioritize goals, and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Establish effective communication models with stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment and drive impact toward mutual goals.
  • Develop key documentation, such as report guidelines, and maintain databases of submitted/published reports and source content.
  • Create presentations to support stakeholder understanding and influence decision-making, and craft external communications to regulators.
  • Translate complex information into clear, concise, and engaging content that aligns with Meta's communication style.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the regulatory landscape impacting Meta and stay up-to-date on products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather source content and support business objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with occasional business travel (up to 10%) as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 8+ years’ work experience in digital technology, policy, communications, law, regulatory environment, or related fields.
  • 6+ years of managing large scale programs
  • Demonstrated communication skills (developing content and presenting) and experience with influencing a variety of audiences across both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across an organization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree and/or certification.
  • 6+ years of experience in trust & safety, data privacy, content policy, product policy, transparency reporting, governance, compliance, or risk management.
  • Experience preparing reports for regulatory authorities and/or in connection with legal proceedings.
  • Knowledge of Meta’s products, policies, and Integrity functions.
  • Experience working on transparency reports, RFIs, responses to regulators, or other efforts to meet regulatory expectations.
