The Meta Reality Labs (MRL) Business Enablement Team (BET) Project Management Office (PMO) has the responsibility of enabling capabilities to create a foundational and scalable business - from end-to-end from research and prototypes to the movement of mass production products through supply chain to customers. As an enablement lead focused on supporting our Strategic Sourcing processes and systems, you bring functional and operational understanding of Sourcing processes for consumer electronics products, you understand Bill of Materials and how they are used to drive materials for manufacturing. You will be the directly responsible individual to set the supply chain processes for how to achieve the business outcomes, drive process design, set business requirements for systems, anticipate and prevent issues engaging required Cross Functional partners in decisions, validate that solution designs achieve business goals and own the project management, change management and drive adoption of systems. You will focus on end-to-end success from process design, and system implementation, change management and solution adoption and data & analytics. You will partner with cross-functional (XFN) teams within the organization (including: tax, trade, finance, procurement, security, legal, IT, trade ops) to enable capabilities to scale the business in a sustainable way.
Enablement Lead - Strategic Sourcing Responsibilities
  • You will define functional requirements and develop detailed solution designs to meet operational outcomes that conform to customer and business requirements
  • You will partner with cross-functional Metamates to deliver projects from initiation through close within the supply chain and strategic sourcing and manufacturing operation functions.
  • You will work within an agile delivery methodology to develop and support sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives and develop cross functional project plans, including partnership with technology teams, vendors, and leaders.
  • You will own your goal. You will convey the strategy, measures and key milestones along the way. You will unblock yourself when there are issues.
  • You will implement program & change management frameworks, processes, and templates “right-sized” for speed, scale, and seamless implementation through the project cycle.
  • You will lead with change management thinking and incorporate into project plans through the life of the project including communications, understanding change impacts, road shows and training.
  • You will always foster broad cross-functional collaboration and alignment to drive communication, integrated planning, and execution.
  • You will conduct process improvement initiatives related to project scope ensuring sustainability of new processes.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience initiating and executing highly cross-functional projects and programs to deliver technology and business solutions.
  • Experience with Teamcenter for Item and Bill of Material management
  • Experience with product variability management for configurable products
  • Working business understanding of Forecast to Plan, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Issue to Resolution processes
  • Experience conducting process improvement assessments and implementations and driving qualitative and quantitative improvements
  • Experience with critical thinking, problem-solving, planning, prioritization, project management, teamwork and organization skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering or similar related disciplines.
  • Six Sigma and/or DMAIC trained.
  • Experience with any of the following: Oracle, SAP, Teamcenter, Windchill, Agile, I2.
  • Experience with Design to Manufacturing best practices.
  • Experience with machine learning, AI and machine predictability solutions.
  • Project Management certification or Management degree
  • Association for Supply Chain Management (APICS) or related certification

$122,000/year to $177,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
