The role requires understanding the full Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, which provides a comprehensive view of the procurement process. This knowledge enables the individual to identify bottlenecks, problems, and drive issues to resolution, making them a valuable asset to the organization. The job involves a diverse range of tasks, from researching and analyzing inquiries to providing instructions on using procurement tools and interacting with processing teams. This variety ensures that the work is engaging and challenging, with opportunities to develop multiple skills. As a point of contact for internal and external escalations, the individual will work with multiple organizations and levels across geographical locations globally. This aspect of the job fosters communication and collaboration skills, as well as adaptability. The role involves investigating and resolving supplier invoice and payment holds, as well as assisting in the research and analysis of audit issues. These responsibilities require strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking. Participating in periodic meetings with processing teams and Finance leadership, as well as assisting in special projects, provides opportunities for growth and development within the organization. The individual can expand their network, gain new insights, and develop their skills further.
Global P2P Support Analyst Responsibilities
  • Understand the full Procure to Pay cycle to quickly identify the source of bottlenecks, problems, and drive issues to resolution
  • Research, analyze, coordinate, and respond to complex incoming inquiries regarding any step of the process (such as, but not limited to: purchase orders, invoices, payments, taxes, etc.)
  • Provide clear, concise, step-by-step instructions to internal stakeholders and external suppliers on using procurement tools and interacting with processing teams
  • Effectively work and communicate across multiple organizations and levels, spread throughout geographical locations globally
  • Be a point of contact to address internal and external escalations throughout the entire P2P cycle
  • As needed, reconcile supplier accounts to ensure compliant, timely, and accurate payments
  • Participate in periodic meetings with cross-functional teams and Finance leadership
  • Investigate, assist, and resolve supplier invoice and payment holds
  • Assist in the research and analysis of audit issues raised by external and internal audit
  • Analyze case data to draw out patterns of issues to develop preventative measures, automate steps within the process, improve stakeholder satisfaction
  • Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of procure to pay experience
  • Associate's/Bachelor's of Science degree in business, supply chain, procurement, finance, or management
Preferred Qualifications
  • Team player with proven interpersonal skills, with a track record of successfully working with cross-functional business stakeholders
  • Self-starter with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience to work independently and be a critical thinker
  • Solid understanding of the full procure to pay process
  • Analytics experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel
  • Experience with Oracle R12 Financials and case management solutions a plus

$87,000/year to $131,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
