We're looking for a strategic and results-oriented ecommerce leader to shape and scale our marketplace programs, elevating how people discover and engage with Meta's Wearables and Metaverse products. As the DTC Partner Enablement Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and brand visibility across our international marketplace footprint for the Reality Labs Global Sales organization. You'll lead the strategy and execution for experiential programs, integrated channel initiatives, and data-driven optimization for our Direct-to-Consumer business.
DTC Partner Enablement Manager Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies: Build and implement data-driven marketing plans to drive sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction for Meta's Direct to Consumer channel
  • Expand reach and customer impact: Launch new merchandising programs and customer touchpoints across all DTC channel surfaces to increase visibility and awareness during high-velocity seasonal moments
  • Optimize product listings: Own listing management and optimization across multiple marketplaces to drive customer engagement and sales conversion
  • Analyze performance metrics: Leverage sales and site performance data to optimize content, promotions, and marketing strategies at a global level
  • Monitor marketplace functionality and performance: Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues, ensure compliance with marketplace requirements, and maintain top-rated seller performance for our official Meta Store
  • Influence with marketplace expertise: Stay informed of marketplace and digital commerce trends, platform innovations, and evolving best practices to remain competitive
  • Innovate channel marketing: Identify opportunities to evolve the omnichannel customer experience for Wearables and Metaverse products to drive growth and increase channel share for the DTC business
  • Drive customer insights: Demonstrate understanding of Meta’s customer to inform messaging, product positioning, and assortment strategy
  • Operate with a growth mindset: Design and execute A/B tests to optimize engagement and conversion with an iterative experimentation approach to impact customer behavior across global marketplaces
  • Create compelling content: Develop engaging product descriptions, performant creative and video content that bring Meta’s technology to life for customers
  • Manage budgets: Oversee account and creative resourcing budgets to maximize ROI on initiatives and achieve business objectives
  • Plan strategically: Contribute to the annual and seasonal calendar for the DTC organization in alignment with business goals and company priorities
  • Conduct performance reviews: Track and report on business performance, sharing actionable insights with leadership and key stakeholders
  • Gather competitive intelligence: Monitor retail and category trends to identify game-changing growth opportunities
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, channel marketing, product marketing, product management, or category/vendor management or similar field
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling programs that deliver measurable growth
  • Demonstrated understanding of online customer behavior and marketplace dynamics
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration skills across Product, Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, Operations, and Sales
  • Data-driven decision-making mindset with experience in A/B testing and performance analytics
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with global online marketplaces like Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Target, or Walmart, strongly preferred

$122,000/year to $176,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
