Our team supports QPL which is used across the Family of Apps, RL devices, and internal developer tools to measure the health of those products, for PREQ efforts (Performance, Reliability, Efficiency, Quality). The data then flows into tools developed across the wider Client Foundation org (~250 people) making the data visual and actionable, and ensuring our customers ship healthy products. This new team will take full ownership of the customer experience using QPL, including the APIs and libraries we offer across mobile, web, VR and internal tools, as well as the tools used to configure and debug their data. The team was created as part of a restructure and is already fully staffed with engineers with the necessary context and expertise. A new sister team owns QPL’s backend engine and has primary responsibility for data processing and handing off to further systems within the org’s toolchain. As engineering manager, you will have the opportunity to engage with our customers - made up of a wide array of managers and teams across Meta - to ensure we are delivering the quality of infra and support they expect and deserve.
