- Understand the competitive landscape across Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and our relative position to inform the product strategy and roadmaps.
- Follow ecosystems, user behaviors, and long-term trends affecting key device surfaces
- Smartphone, Tablet, PC, Automotive, Smart Home, TV, Augmented and Mixed reality.
- Identifying new levers to help move key metrics with partners for existing products and services.
- Negotiate, formalize & manage partnership, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with company goals.
- Drive multiple projects from strategy to execution in a fast-paced environment in an organized way
- Plan and lead cross-functional efforts to take known product optimizations and implement them in other places. You can operationalize plans and activities with flawless execution.
- Influencing product teams through presentation of data & partner feedback based recommendations
- Communicating state of business, experiment results, etc. to product and business leads
- Spreading best practices for growth with product teams to drive impact
- Work collaboratively under pressure, with proven experience working on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- BA/BS in Business or management related field (In lieu of degree, relevant work experience).
- Significant experience in Business Development, Partnerships or Product Management within the technology or devices industry.
- Fluent in Mandarin / Cantonese. The candidate will use their language skills to communicate effectively with partners in the region.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership.
- Proven influencing and negotiation skills to navigate complex deals, that lead to forming & nurturing meaningful strategic partnerships.
- Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.
