Meta Reality Labs is looking for a highly talented marketer to take on the role of Retail Channel Marketing Executive for the DACH region. This new, exciting, and important role will be responsible for driving our Retail channel marketing execution and coordinating channel activities for Meta hardware. The Meta team is developing the future of the wearable category and bringing products to consumers that transform entertainment and social experiences. The Channel Marketing team at Meta is tasked with growing consumer adoption of Meta hardware technology and with working with partners to develop this new exciting category. This role will support in executing campaigns and programs in store and online, reviewing performance, supporting our Retail partners whilst continually improving our toolset and processes to meet our goals.
Retail Channel Marketing Executive - DACH Responsibilities
  • Manage and implement campaigns and activities across retailers ensuring our assets meet brand standards and is in support of overall Meta strategy
  • Coordinate and manage marketing brand assets with our creative team, executing/delivering those brand assets to our retail partners
  • Work with our retail partners for approval on fixtures, temporary displays, staff training and education
  • Measure and optimize marketing programs (physical and digital) to drive efficiency recommending tools development and processes as necessary to achieve these goals e.g. CPC (Cost per Conversion), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), LTV (Lifetime Value) and ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend)
  • Build and manage a calendar of activity, gathering input from key stakeholder teams
  • Track marketing and OPEX budget, focusing on performance and delivering against agreed upon metrics
  • Identify new processes and opportunities to ensure consistency and business optimization
  • Provide analysis of the German retail landscape trends and themes, competitors, and other relevant information to support development of marketing strategies and campaigns
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years in marketing role, with a clear record of achievement and success in technology based consumer marketing
  • Proven knowledge in selling consumer goods within both online and retail capacity with experience of the leading Consumer Electronics retailers
  • Experience working directly with retailers on hardware sales and agency teams to execute marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of the DACH tech retail landscape
  • Fluent English and German
  • BA/BS in Business and/or Marketing related field
  • Demonstrable experience in planning and managing marketing budgets
  • Highly developed communication and presentation skills demonstrating advanced business acumen that reflects the Meta’s values
  • Experience in conducting analysis of marketing programs
  • Experience working in a cross functional and fast paced, collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building and delivering presentations
  • Experience in working in a remote team environment
  • An additional European language
