We are seeking an experienced Audit Program Manager to lead our third-party audit initiatives, driving trust and confidence in Meta's marketing ecosystem. As an audit program manager you will oversee the end-to-end audit management process, ensuring seamless execution from planning to remediation and reporting, including developing and implementing comprehensive audit programs that meet regulatory requirements and industry standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and external vendors, to ensure timely delivery and effective issue resolution, manage day-to-day program operations, provide regular reporting and updates to stakeholders on audit progress, findings, and recommendations. You will be expected to foster solid relationships with industry bodies to stay informed about emerging trends and best practices. The ideal candidate is a leader with a proven track record of navigating complex cross-functional environments, aligning projects across multiple stakeholders, and driving results in fast-paced settings. As an expert in the marketing ecosystem, you will leverage your process advocacy skills to engage cross-functional teams, drive audit efforts, and collaborate with business marketing and external vendor teams on process improvement and strategy. To succeed in this role, you should possess a solid analytical background, exceptional communication skills, and the capacity to project manage large initiatives while effectively updating stakeholders at all levels. The right candidate will be intellectually curious and quickly gain familiarity with business and audit requirements for the marketing ecosystem. You should have a demonstrated track record of working in constantly evolving environment in which you have to manage multiple streams of work to drive concrete, actionable solutions for Meta.
Third-Party Audit Program Manager Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and execute third party audits through full audit life cycles
  • Support long term strategy in partnership with business, product, engineering, and policy teams
  • Serve as primary contact for cross functional partners and as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and advice to facilitate awareness and risk mitigation
  • Manage all audit related resources such as Shared Evidence, Journal of Changes, Onboarding Guides, Data flow Diagrams, Description of Methodology, Evidence categorization, and Designed Activity Testing
  • Management of external vendors and industry consultants
  • Integrate and synthesize information from multiple teams, including product, legal and policy domain knowledge, in order to analyze complex issues, mitigate risks and solve problems
  • Conduct high-impact services including customized policy training, execute permission reviews, and project manage audit findings
  • Become an expert in the Meta business partner ecosystem and Meta products
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and proactively identify gaps or conflicts in existing processes, develop solutions, and create proposals for key stakeholder and leadership buy-in
  • Establish issue management, resolution processes, and policies
  • Effectively communicate technical and complex policy concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Support internal assurance remediations, such as those relating to audit findings, across the organization
  • Effectively organize and manage multiple (sometimes competing) priorities
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must have a BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • 6+ years of experience in risk management, program management, business development, operational strategy, or equivalent experience
  • Experience applying critical problem solving skills with demonstrated experience proposing solutions and enhancing operational performance
  • Experience presenting complex policy related content to general audiences and business executives
  • Problem solving and analysis experience solving business problems, individually or as part of a group
  • Experience working through ambiguity to develop a strategy, setting aggressive goals, and executing
  • Project management experience, including multitasking to lead and execute multiple projects in parallel
  • Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive a project
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in roles related to audit, compliance management, data governance, risk/fraud-prevention, and/or scaled operations
  • Familiarity with Meta products and digital advertising
  • PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certifications

$116,000/year to $166,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
