Product Marketing Management
At Meta Reality Labs, we build tools that help people feel connected anytime, anywhere. We’re on a mission to build the next computing platform by putting people at the center of emerging hardware and software technologies, whether on the go with wearables and augmented reality, in the home or at work, or fully immersed in alternate virtual reality worlds. The Meta Reality Labs Product Marketing organization leads inbound product marketing, product launch strategy, and in-market business growth. The Product Marketing team influences early stage product development and roadmaps, creates go-to-market plans, supports in-market growth of the ecosystem, and provides direction for future investments. It’s an exciting time to join the Wearables Product Marketing Team. Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses have had a positive response from the public, and we are growing the team as we look to accelerate growth – and plan for an expanded portfolio of products in the future. We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can help accelerate conversion across the funnel. You will be responsible for closely monitoring performance across multiple channels, partnering across sales and marketing to identify areas of opportunity to improve conversion, and improving customer education and experiences while shopping to increase their motivation to purchase. As part of the In-Market PMM Team, you’ll be working in service of unlocking the next phase of wearables technology adoption worldwide.
Product Marketing Manager - Wearables, Reality Labs In-Market Conversion Responsibilities
  • Identify new opportunities that increase conversion through the customer acquisition funnel globally throughout retail, e-commerce, and partnerships.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and external partners to deliver programs that improve customer experience in the shopping experience, and ultimately increase conversion to sale.
  • Improve customer education and experience in the funnel, and introduce new experiences that motivate customers to understand and purchase.
  • Bring a consumer lens to inform and guide in-market decisions and tradeoffs related to the audience targets, value proposition, product positioning, promotions, pricing, distribution, and market expansion.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing or growth initiatives.
  • Experience establishing strategy and bringing it to life through execution.
  • Experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights and creating insight and consumer-led global briefs.
  • Experience partnering with sales, marketing, and external partner teams to deliver high impact campaigns through production and execution.
  • Experience working with cross functional, matrixed teams with high degrees of ambiguity.
  • Experience working across a diverse set of sales distribution channels including online, brick and mortar and partner-led.
  • Experience managing across a portfolio of products from leading initiatives that work across a multi-product portfolio and on any one product.
  • Effective communication skills and experience creating documents and presentations.
  • Experience with consumer tech or CPG brands.
  • BA/BS degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in product marketing and/or technology.
  • Experience driving sales and business growth.
  • Experience working in global marketing with hardware or physical products.
