- Display strong leadership, organizational and execution skills.
- Is the primary driver for identifying significant opportunities, and driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.
- Incorporate data, research and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps.
- Leads and motivates a team of engineers and other cross-functional representatives, and maintains team health.

- Requires a Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent ) in Computer Science, Engineering, Engineering Management, Information Systems, or a related field and 24 months of experience in job offered or in a computer-related occupation.
- Requires 24 months of experience involving the following:
- 1. Product management or product design
- 2. Technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web applications or media products
- 3. Designing simple and intuitive user interfaces
- 4. Creating examples through wire frames and mock ups
- 5. Developing social products, technologies, or platforms
- 6. Working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team
- 7. Delivering technical presentations
- 8. Analyzing complex, large-scale data sets and making decisions based on data
- 9. Gathering requirements across diverse areas and users, and converting and developing them into a product solution
- 10. Technical experience with analytical tools, methodologies, and design
- 11. Experience managing delivery of at least 1 hardware/software product.
