We are seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to join our team as the Director of SMB Marketing. This leadership role will oversee multiple teams focused on driving growth and engagement for small and medium businesses (SMBs) through innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing leadership, with expertise in marketing strategy, product marketing, performance marketing, content strategy, and team management.
Director of SMB Marketing Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage high-performing team across product marketing, audience strategy, performance marketing, and content strategy.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SMB marketing strategies that drive business growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing plans that drive adoption, engagement, and revenue growth among SMBs.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business objectives and resonates with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing, to align on strategic priorities and drive go-to-market success.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize marketing spend.
  • Foster an enviroment of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the marketing organization.
  • Establish robust metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress towards goals.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in marketing leadership, with a focus on SMB markets
  • Analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into effective strategic plans
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth
  • Experience leading and managing large teams, with a focus on fostering collaboration and driving results
  • Communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders across a highly-matrixed organization
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Meta's product suite and global go-to-market strategies
  • Deep understanding of the digital marketing industry and SMB needs
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, data analytics tools, and performance marketing channels

$227,000/year to $296,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
