The Horizon Worlds Team is looking for an Art Producer to lead the execution and development of new experiences and environments across our portfolio of products. This role will lead the production and operating alignment of multiple complex projects that span the full production pipeline. You will be responsible for creating production schedules and designing processes that ensure quality deliverables, unlock team capacity, and reduce project risk. This role will play a critical role in achieving our ambitious roadmap - collaborating with and aligning art teams, leadership, and other disciplines across the organization.
Art Producer (Horizon Worlds) Responsibilities
  • Establish and create processes and production schedules for complex projects designed to both reduce risk and deliver on quality and value
  • Engage with Art teams to define the art components and scope
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine mutual vision, goals and requirements for project/product features
  • Proactively identify and mitigate production red flags while executing against rapidly evolving targets
  • Consistently communicate schedules and timelines into the overall product development programs to leadership and stakeholders
  • Manage relationships with cross-functional teams for critical input on deliverables
  • Track environment pipeline, releases, and versioning
  • Initiate and manage vendor contracts and outsource work
  • Interest in empowering Art teams to produce measurable results
Minimum Qualifications
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in game development, film, start-ups or interactive media
  • Experience prioritizing and successfully juggling multiple initiatives and deadlines
  • Experience driving production process and shipping large, multi-media projects with three-dimensional pipelines
  • Experience with a range of production toolsets (e.g. Shotgrid, Asana, Jira, Trello)
  • Proven leadership skills

$149,000/year to $205,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
