We are looking for a highly innovative and experienced Director of Product Management to lead our App and Gaming team. This team is responsible for app ads (install ads and re-engagement ads), Audience Network (our offsite ad network), and ad products for the gaming vertical. As the Director of Product Management for App and Gaming, you will have revenue accountability for all app and gaming revenue at Meta. You will be responsible for driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the App and Gaming team team, and for ensuring that the team is delivering high-value features and products that meet the needs of our advertisers. You will also have the opportunity to make a significant impact on Meta’s topline revenue. To have a significant impact in this role, you will need to meet regularly with app advertisers and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) at the executive level to ensure that Meta is building the right set of products to meet their needs. You will also work collaboratively with a wide range of internal teams including measurement, signals, and ads formats who collectively are working to solve the needs of app advertisers. Finally, as the revenue owner, you will be responsible for ensuring strong execution across your team and partner teams to drive better performance for our advertisers.
Director, Product Management Responsibilities
  • Lead a team through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
  • Meet regularly with advertisers and MMPs to ensure we’re building the right set of products for our advertisers
  • Working collaboratively across a number of partner teams to ensure strong execution and that they are focused on the right set of problems
  • Attract, build, manage, and develop aa talented team of product managers and product leaders with a broad range of experiences, perspectives, approaches, and backgrounds
  • Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products Understand Meta’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized as best in the industry
  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
  • Manage multiple products and priorities, scale teams, and ensure org is effective, healthy and set up for success by establishing clear and measurable goals
Minimum Qualifications
  • Significant experience in Product Management
  • Strong experience hiring, managing, and developing both individual contributors and senior leaders
  • Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience
  • Experience presenting to senior executive audiences
Preferred Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience working in adtech or digital advertising
