The Client Solutions Manager for Meta is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key relationships, serve as a consultative product expert, and lead media planning, strategy and measurement to some of our highly performance-driven top clients in the Danish Retail and eCommerce portfolio. With a passion for the online marketing world and tech, this role is responsible for building execution and functional partnerships that deliver on our client’s business objectives, whilst driving growth in innovative ways. Being comfortable with using data sets and analytics to detect performance patterns and translating them into comprehensive solutions and strategies is key to being successful in this role. Success in this position requires the experience to build consultative client relationships, excel at working with internal cross-functional partners, thriving in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. This position is based in our Copenhagen office.
Client Solutions Manager Responsibilities
  • Account management
  • Managing a portfolio of sophisticated top-accounts from the Danish Retail sector, whilst contributing to grow them strategically as their Meta consultant, and meeting demanding quarterly revenue, growth, and solutions adoption goals.
  • Marketing Solutions Expert
  • In partnership with the Client Partner, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners
  • Using data and insights to guide the strategy and implementation of Meta's solutions
  • Serving as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and driving product adoption
  • Working and collaborate with diverse groups of internal cross functional teams
  • Media Strategy
  • Guiding the media, creative direction and measurement strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against KPIs
  • Outlining and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery
  • Identifying optimization opportunities for improving Meta campaigns performance
  • Project managing internal operations and complex work streams
  • Overseeing internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc).
Minimum Qualifications
  • Effective problem solving and decision making skills, and the curiosity and hunger to learn in an ambiguous environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully managing and growing a portfolio of clients/accounts within the online retail sector, and a proven track record of overachieving on revenue, growth and solution adoptions goals.
  • Being comfortable with using data sets and analytics to detect performance patterns and translating them into comprehensive solutions and actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of digital media platforms, advertising success metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, advertising technology, partnerships, CRM).
  • 5 years experience working within retail or e-commerce sector with marketing
  • Being confident in presenting these insights and solutions to external clients.
  • Experience working directly with marketing, media and/or consulting companies having demonstrated leadership experience, preferred.
  • Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams such as product marketing, measurement, or engineering
  • Proven track record of delivering on quota and obtaining positive reviews.
  • Capacity to manage complex work streams while maintaining strict attention to details.
  • Experience in communicating, collaborating, and working effectively in a team
  • Open to travel as needed for client and agency meetings
  • Professional business level English and fluency in Danish
Preferred Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills, experience working with data visualization tools, basic understanding of SQL.
