Growth Marketing Manager Responsibilities
- Drive go-to-market and business result by strategizing, planning, executing and scaling marketing and lead generation campaigns for global sales programs.
- Manage and optimize channels (such as email, Facebook ads, onsite placements, SEM, content marketing, digital video, print collateral, influencer/partnerships etc.) to drive performance.
- Generate breakthrough analytical insights to determine marketing strategy, and to drive significant response improvement and efficiency.
- Design and implement test plans to understand drivers of response and value.
- Analyze and communicate results in order to rapidly scale successful programs and learnings.
- Partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including program management, sales, product, creative and data science teams.
- Plan, direct, or coordinate marketing policies and programs, such as determining the demand for products and services offered by a firm and its competitors, and identify potential customers.
- Develop pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing the firm's profits or share of the market while ensuring the firm's customers are satisfied.
- Oversee product development or monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services.
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires a Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field and 3 years years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- Requires 3 years of experience in the following:
- 1. Leading marketing initiatives
- 2. Working in at least two of the following: email, Facebook Ads, display, onsite merchandising, content marketing, digital video, or lifecycle marketing
- 3. A/B Testing and lift measurement
- 4. Influencing and providing direction to cross- functional teams, including engineering, data science, sales, product, and creative to execute and evaluate marketing campaigns
- 5. Partnering with sales or product teams to deliver marketing campaigns to businesses or consumers
- 6. Working with marketing technology and a deep understanding of the advertising landscape, AND
- 7. Strong analytical skills such as statistical analysis to understand campaign performance and maximize return on investment.

$263,544/year to $291,060/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
