Meta is looking for a dynamic, flexible, team player to serve as an Industrial Relations Business Partner. This position will be responsible for EMEA-wide industrial relations support. This position is full time and can be based in our Dublin, Ireland office or London, UK office.
Industrial Relations Business Partner, EMEA Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with Works Councils, unions and other employee/labour representatives
  • Engage and support cross-functional partners and business leaders on industrial relations matters
  • Devise and implement industrial relations strategies in alignment with legal partners and business objectives
  • Support industrial relations compliance needs
  • Execute operational tasks related to industrial agreements and local legislation
  • Lead specific industrial relations projects
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant employee relations experience, with industrial relations experience
  • Willingness to provide industrial relations support across EMEA
  • Candidate must be self-motivated and have the ability to move fast and learn quickly, and comfortable in dealing with complex issues that do not have a clear solution
