- Develop and maintain positive relationships with Works Councils, unions and other employee/labour representatives
- Engage and support cross-functional partners and business leaders on industrial relations matters
- Devise and implement industrial relations strategies in alignment with legal partners and business objectives
- Support industrial relations compliance needs
- Execute operational tasks related to industrial agreements and local legislation
- Lead specific industrial relations projects
- 5+ years of relevant employee relations experience, with industrial relations experience
- Willingness to provide industrial relations support across EMEA
- Candidate must be self-motivated and have the ability to move fast and learn quickly, and comfortable in dealing with complex issues that do not have a clear solution
