Meta is seeking a detail oriented and results-driven Partner Manager to join in our journey to grow business messaging via WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger channels. This role will provide a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic ecosystem of partners that integrate with Meta solutions in the areas of messaging, signals, measurement, commerce and creative. The mission of Monetization Partnerships is to be the engine for business growth and innovation through partnerships. We are looking for an experienced Partner Manager with a charter of scaling and driving innovation with some of the largest and most innovative Business Messaging partners and Solution providers in North America. The ideal candidate has experience in working with partners, agencies and tech providers to scale business solutions and grow revenue. Owning outcomes, attention to detail, problem-solving across multiple work-streams are essential skills for this role.
Partner Manager Responsibilities
  • Work with a set of partners, develop joint plans, prioritize key Meta integrations, and execution of partnership goals
  • Build growth plans with partners by defining joint roadmaps, implement enablement and go-to-market plans
  • Maintain a consistent rhythm of business check ins with Partners and provide timely updates
  • Coordinate among cross-functional stakeholders internally to ensure success of company objectives by: gathering high quality and actionable partner and market insights
  • Execute in an intense, fast-paced, and highly iterative environment
  • Proactively resolve business and operational issues with partners
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of work experience, including 3+ years of related alliance/partnership management/strategic account management experience
  • Results and detail oriented, with documentation and reporting skills
  • Experience working effectively and cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally
  • Proven interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • basic understanding of how APIs work, including an interest in Meta channels like WhatsApp, Instagram
Preferred Qualifications
  • BS/BA/Engineering degree
  • Experience working with Enterprise, Small and Medium Business partners or companies
  • Experience working with partners or in companies across multiple programs/products/lines of business
  • Demonstrated experience with data analyses and taking a data driven approach to prioritizing partnership objectives

$105,000/year to $152,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
