The Director of Business Growth Marketing at Meta is a pivotal role designed to drive growth at scale by developing and executing comprehensive growth marketing strategies. This position is responsible for partnering with other marketing teams and complementing and enhancing their strategies across a broad suite of business audiences including small, medium, and large business, agencies, partners, and developers. The role involves leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact through innovative marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives.
Director of Business Growth Marketing Responsibilities
  • Growth Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement growth marketing strategies focusing on driving measurable business results.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Generate audience insights while collaborating with quantitative and qualitative data teams to understand audience needs and inform strategic decisions, optimizations, and measurement approaches.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, finance, and data science teams to define requirements, scope, deliverables, and goals.
  • Performance Optimization: Design and implement test plans to understand conversion and revenue drivers, and continuously optimize marketing efforts.
  • Innovation and Experimentation: Pilot new offers and experiment with growth levers to achieve aggressive growth goals and respond to changing market needs.
  • Funnel Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of customer funnels to identify areas of opportunity and optimize conversion rates.
  • Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) Analysis: Analyze CLV metrics to inform pricing strategies, customer retention initiatives, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Growth Accounting: Analyze growth accounting metrics (e.g., new users, churn rate, retention rate) to understand user behavior and inform marketing strategies.
  • A/B Testing and Experimentation: Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and inform marketing decisions.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience: 12+ years in marketing, strategy, or a related field, with hands-on experience in developing business strategies and designing metrics
  • Skills: Analytical skills, problem-solving, and experience with A/B testing and lift measurement
Preferred Qualifications
  • Leadership: Inspire trust, navigate ambiguity, and lead cross-functional teams without direct management hierarchy
  • Tools: Proficiency in marketing platforms such as Salesforce and Google Ads is preferred

$227,000/year to $296,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
