The Global Business Product Marketing (GBPM) team connects businesses with their customers on Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, and Messenger to help them grow their businesses through solutions like pages, advertising, messaging, commerce and more. The Business Marketing Technology team is a vital component of the organization, operating at the intersection of business, technology, and operations. This team plays a crucial role in helping marketers realize their vision and strategy by designing and implementing technologies that drive efficiency and performance on a large scale. The team is closely aligned with bottom-line business goals and has a deep understanding of technology ecosystems and platforms. This enables them to prioritize solutions, articulate business requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver measurable results. The team's focus on innovation and impact ensures that they are constantly seeking new ways to improve marketing efforts and drive growth for the business. By leveraging their expertise in both marketing and technology, the Business Marketing Technology team is able to develop and implement cutting-edge solutions that help the organization stay ahead of the competition. The role will involve strong collaboration and communications with technical and non-technical audiences and familiarity with marketing campaigns via online channels such as Email, Ads, and in-product notifications. To deliver successfully in this role, the Marketing technology Manager will need to have: - An understanding of B2B marketing strategies and how data can unlock opportunities for performance. - A strong privacy background and know-how work through internal cross-functional processes to successfully deliver solutions that are data privacy compliant. -Highly organized method and approach with strong communication skills, experience building reference documentation and centralizing processes. - Business savviness to identify and prioritize marketing use cases and Execution discipline to deliver large projects end-to-end - An understanding of martech tools, data flows and platform architectures
Marketing Technology Manager, Business Marketing Responsibilities
  • Lead execution of martech projects and tech integrations leveraging internal engineering teams and 3rd party technology partners. Drive solutions, requirements and identify opportunities for use cases.
  • Source, prioritize and execute ideas that advanced our marketing products
  • Develop requirements and obtain privacy approvals to ensure compliant integrations with our business needs and privacy guardrails.
  • Drive change management and martech education across the organization
  • Support martech transformation efforts driving solutions, requirements and identifying use cases
  • Troubleshoot issues with cross-functional teams and drive resolution to minimize business impact
  • Work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous and cross-functional environment to do all of the above
Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years experience with product management or marketing/advertising technology
  • Experience working directly with Marketing, Product, Engineering and Operations teams to provide business cases & requirements
  • Experience launching or driving adoption of products, demonstrating knowledge of customer needs
  • Experience with operational processes and issue management and resolution
  • Experience with digital marketing channels (Email, Facebook Ads, Display, Onsite Merchandising, etc.)
  • Experience with an enterprise-scale sales or marketing automation platform (Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Marketo, Adobe Marketing Cloud, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with business marketing
  • Experience working closely with privacy teams
  • Quantitative analytical experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in digital marketing

$122,000/year to $176,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
