The People Development team at Meta makes it easy for Metamates to learn fast and build the future. People Development is part of the broader People Team and includes the following functions: Executive Development, Team Development, Coaching, Growth Programs and Skills Development. This role sits on the subteam that focuses on team development and coaching, with the goal of supporting prioritized leaders and teams as they develop the skills and systems to solve their most important leadership challenges and unlock organizational impact. Leading at Meta requires a uniquely powerful form of leadership—one that’s focused on care, courage and continual growth as well as thriving healthy teams. The Leadership Development Business Partner team works as a small, lean consultative team, and partners with both Business and HR leaders to scale leader, team development, and healthy organization work. To support this mission, we are hiring a Leadership Development Business Partner.
