We are looking for an experienced leader to be the Director, Head of Scaled Solutions, Global Business Marketing at Meta. In this role, you will be leading a large global team to execute on global engagements across education, digital and media marketing, marketing infrastructure, and analytics and marketing technology.
Head of Scaled Solutions, Global Business Marketing Responsibilities
  • Lead a global organization to do the best work of their careers, across industry leading strategic best practices and rigorous operations with discipline and efficiency
  • Represent Global Business Marketing as a cultural leader to all parts of the organization and external industry, partnering with agencies and clients along with internal business functions
  • Manage business functions of the team to ensure resourcing, hiring, vendor management, and processes are all optimized
  • Lead a team tasked with building, optimizing, simplifying, and scaling marketing, processes, and training across functional teams including: Digital Marketing (Web, Media, Social, Email Automation, MarTech), Business Education & Certifications (Training of External Audiences on Meta Business Tools and Platforms), Marketing Governance and Operations (Project Management, Agency Operations, Translations, Terminology), and Marketing Analytics (Marketing Attribution & Modeling)
  • Partner with global and cross-functional teams to drive and deliver scalable marketing analytics and technology
  • Develop a deep understanding of the market dynamics and implications for Meta's strategy in each region to drive best global standards
  • Lead a diverse set of central functions to success, ranging from education to project management to digital content management
  • Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to team members. This is a player/coach role where the manager will be both supporting a high-performing team to deliver on operational goals and also directly executing on certain Global elements of the overall team responsibilities
  • Identify and implement new methods that improve team efficiency
  • Implement the development, delivery and training of effective playbooks
Minimum Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in a B2B and/or B2C marketing leadership role
  • People management and stakeholder management experience
  • Operational and experience working in a Marketing organization
  • Proven experience working in a matrixed organization
  • Proven experience leading globally distributed teams
  • Knowledge of the advertising and marketing industries
  • Operational experience through automation of tools and processes
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven track record of "moving fast" and delivering on tight deadlines
  • Web strategy and/or performance marketing experience
