This is a leadership role, you will be responsible for leading our Order-To-Cash (OTC) team in the APAC region. Our OTC team is responsible for managing financial activities related to contracted services/products, as well as collecting payment from our clients. You will be expected to think critically and creatively, problem-solve, lead projects, serve as a regional advocate, influencing global processes and tool design
APAC Revenue Operations Lead Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnerships and Revenue Growth: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with top agencies and key customers in the APAC market to unlock new revenue opportunities and enhance client relationships.
  • Embracing Innovation and Automation: Support Meta's broader strategy to drive operational efficiencies and support business growth through technological advancements, and encourage the implementation of new systems and tools, such as predictive dashboards and digital finance technologies like analytics, machine learning, and robotic process automation.
  • Enhancing Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster cross-functional partnerships with sales, legal, policy, and tax teams to address revenue, billing, credit, collection, and cash application issues, ensuring that finance operations are well-integrated with other business functions.
  • Supporting Change Management and Compliance: Actively support significant new changes and regulatory requirements, driving change management with internal and external customers to maintain compliance and adapt to the dynamic regulatory landscape in the APAC region.
  • Develop talent to support the company's mission and growth objectives, and optimize employee engagement and communication within the team.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or related field
  • Expert level understanding and solid experience in managing Order-To-Cash operations across APAC
  • At least 10 years of significant and relevant experience with large, fast-growing, multi-national companies
  • 5+ years in managing a diverse team, with a growth mindset and leadership skills
  • This is a leadership role, you will be responsible for leading our Order-To-Cash (OTC) team in the APAC region with a focus on Greater China Region hence fluency in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) and good understanding of local business customs and practices in China. Additional proficiency in other APAC languages is also preferable.
  • A team player who is collaborative and comfortable working with remote teams across different locations internationally
  • Experience working with systems and tools, and demonstrated deployment of digital finance technologies such as analytics, machine learning, robotic process automation, etc.
  • Leadership experience in optimizing employee engagement, growth outlook, and communication
  • Good business acumen in partnering with sales and marketing teams
