The Shared Services Program Management team works across regulatory domains (e.g. Privacy, Integrity, Security) and partners closely with Legal, Policy, Operations, and Product to understand and respond to key external pressures that could impact Meta's businesses. We work with our partners to develop and scale Meta’s end-to-end Regulatory Readiness program. This role is ideal for those seeking to work closely with product teams on a daily basis, and to more understand how regulatory, competitive, and legal matters relate to Meta's data practices and product offerings. As this is a highly visible role that requires leadership, stakeholder management, and technical experience, the candidate should thrive in ambiguous, cross-functional environments and have a desire to solve big, hard problems. This role will work with leadership including executives at the company, on some of the biggest priorities for the company.
