Product Manager Responsibilities
  • Engage in all stages of a product's lifecycle and drive product development.
  • Work with engineers and designers from ideation, technical design, and development to the testing, production, and/or release of the product.
  • Specifically, define the goals of the product.
  • Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, usability studies, and market analysis to define product specifications, determine feasibility of the design, enhance user satisfaction, and ensure the product's success.
  • Continue to design, develop, and modify product specifications with the goal of maximizing efficiency in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Develop creative solutions to product issues.
  • Test, validate, document, and revise product specifications to serve new purposes or improve the product.
  • Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in data-driven decisions.
  • Establish product performance standards and ensure that best-in-class products are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the U.S.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field and 2 years of work experience in job offered or in a business analyst-related occupation.
  • Requires 6 months of experience in each of the following:
  • 1. Product management or product design
  • 2. Technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web applications or media products
  • 3. Designing simple and intuitive user interfaces
  • 4. Creating examples through wire frames and mock ups
  • 5. Developing social products, technologies, or platforms
  • 6. Working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team
  • 7. Delivering technical presentations
  • 8. Analyzing complex, large-scale data sets and making decisions based on data, AND
  • 9. Gathering requirements across diverse areas and users, and converting and developing them into a product solution.

$205,059/year to $215,270/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
