We are looking for a Product Marketing Director to help innovate, execute and bring advertiser products to market. This leader must have strong experience working in technology, advertising or digital marketing where the customer focus is key. They will work alongside product management, engineering, design, UX research and go-to-market teams to ensure our advertisers are successful, that their businesses grow and that our products are easy to use. This role oversees a large product portfolio and will work with various executives across product, engineering and our sales organization daily.
Director of Product Marketing, Advertiser Products Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage and grow a high-performing team of Directors, Managers and individual contributors within our Ads Product Marketing organization
  • Drive multi-year product strategies at the portfolio level and influence product development across ideation, product development and go-to-market, working with Product, Engineering, Marketing Communications, and other cross-functional partners
  • Inspire action through data-driven insights (market assessments, competitive benchmarking) and drive your teams to execute with operational rigor and efficiency
  • Collaborate with teams across product and sales organizations to identify product needs, gaps and opportunities. Work across these teams to drive leadership alignment and prioritization where needed
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree
  • 13+ years professional experience in technology, advertising, digital marketing industry or in management consulting working with these verticals
  • Product marketing or Product Management experience in the web technology sector, with demonstrated experience contributing at strategic, operational and tactical levels
  • Experience presenting to large groups/C-level executives
  • Proven record of mentoring and leading a diverse team
  • Track record of influencing behavior at variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional leaders
  • Project Management skills, experience leading matrixed organizations and functions towards common goals with operational rigor and enthusiasm
