The Global ODM Fulfillment Operations team within the Global Supply Chain Operations (GSCO) group is responsible for teaming with our supply chain partners to build, deliver, and enable Meta’s AI, Compute and Storage infrastructure. Meta’s computing foundation is its Data Centers, and key partnerships with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) across the Compute and Storage industry are a crucial piece in building and operationalizing this infrastructure. The Global ODM Fulfillment Operations team is responsible for managing the operational performance of these ODM partners by setting key metrics, ensuring operational success and driving performance improvement programs across Meta’s supply chain, and is ultimately responsible for on-time-delivery of the hardware. The team requires coordination across engineering, NPI, mass production, and sustaining teams all within a given cycle. Put simply: this team is composed of problem solvers who build relationships both within- and beyond- Meta to achieve industry-leading performance and pave the way for Meta’s AI-enabled infrastructure. The Reverse Logistics Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient global reverse logistics processes, ensuring timely and effective returns and repairs of defective data center server, storage and AI products.
Reverse Logistics Manager, ODM Operations Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement reverse logistics strategies to reduce lead times and improve overall manufacturing & operations efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to optimize reverse logistics workflows at scale.
  • Implement, manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of reverse logistics processes, including return rates, repair rates, and turn around times (TAT).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with ODM partners to ensure seamless execution of reverse logistics processes for Meta hardware.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the existing reverse logistics process.
  • Collaborate with XFNs to define reverse logistics material flow for new products and drive implementation with ODM partners to support product ramp.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the business on reverse logistics performance, including metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements through continuous monitoring and analysis of reverse logistics data.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
  • Project management skills and skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Previous experience managing RMA workflows, warranty support or product service for complex manufactured hardware
Preferred Qualifications
  • An interest, or previous exposure to, computer manufacturing, production, and configuration
  • Understand the terminology, and configuration components, within the hardware domain
  • Experience interfacing with internal & external partners in an entrepreneurial and cross-functional environment, requiring a latitude for judgment while coordinating people and technical resources

$116,000/year to $170,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
