- Manage cross-functional Business Engineering programs in a matrix organization covering a range of products across all lines of the business
- Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery
- Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases
- Perform risk management and change management on projects
- Identify opportunities to maximize productivity through reducing execution times, streamlining ways of working and scaling best practices
- Support consistent, principled evaluation of development projects based on value and impact
- Interface with Engineering teams and cross-functional partners for project requirements and scope
- Motivate and focus a large collaboration to reach goals
- Bachelors in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience of program management or equivalent experience
- Experience communicating to software engineering and knowledge of architecture and design
- Communication experience and experience working with technical management teams
- Organizational, coordination and multi-tasking experience
- Interpersonal experience, including relationship building and collaboration within cross-functional team
- Analytical and problem-solving experience
- Experience with large-scale systems
