Content Strategy
The Global People Operations team strives to create and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the employee lifecycle. Within People Ops is the HR Technology team, which focuses primarily on the internal information ecosystem. HR Tech is a multidisciplinary team of experts spanning content strategy & technical web production, enterprise content management, system & solution design, and data & analytics. This team partners most closely with Engineering, product managers, UX researchers, and strategic teams that represent various operational processes and programs. We’re looking for an expert in the domains of HR knowledge strategy, creation, implementation and management. This role focuses on coordinating how information is assessed, collected and disseminated across HR teams through a defined knowledge management framework in alignment with the organization’s knowledge & content governance model. This person will be the Subject Matter Expert for knowledge management and align all the teams in the People organization on knowledge flow processes and practices.
Knowledge Management Lead Responsibilities
  • Implement our global knowledge management strategy and processes, including providing support for content and features in the Knowledge Base
  • Help define and enforce processes for creating, capturing, organizing, accessing and using knowledge across the organization while meeting requirements for specific regions and functions
  • Lead a knowledge community of practice comprised of cross-functional, global stakeholders to understand pain points, needs, opportunities and goals as it relates to capturing and sharing knowledge
  • Maintain and scale knowledge processes and resources that capture unmet support and/or documentation needs, translating and surfacing insights into practical recommendations
  • Assist with prioritizing organizational goals, strategies and key initiatives as related to knowledge management
  • Identify future opportunities and strategies to advance knowledge management in collaboration with cross-functional partners
  • Conduct workshops, meetings and trainings to promote, align on, maintain and improve knowledge management
  • Partner with with data & analytics teams to identify and track success metrics related to knowledge and enablement by utilizing data to identify development areas and improvements
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in project or program management experience in operations, content development, Learning & Development, or communications
  • Experience developing, implementing and scaling knowledge management frameworks
  • Interpersonal and communication skills with experience with working knowledge of content management systems and user editing tools
  • Experience learning new concepts, workflows, processes, and products, translating them into digestible content
  • Experience working collaboratively across a wide variety of functions to drive effective outcomes
  • Experience working on a team with ambiguity and evolving responsibilities
  • Experience executing independently on both the strategic and operational level
  • Proficiency in project management, but formal certification not required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications or similar field
  • Certification in knowledge management
  • Experience with benefits, compensation, health care, payroll, and related HR topics
  • Experience with business process management, workflow and lifecycle management
  • Experience working with international partners across different time zones
  • Experience in a fast-paced, Big Tech environment

$122,000/year to $177,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
