We are seeking an experienced individual to join our Monetization Incentives team as America's Agencies Activation Lead. Our mission is to develop impactful growth through programs that drive optimal performance for advertisers, agencies, and partners, while generating incremental revenue for Meta. As the Americas' Agency Activation Lead, you will develop and execute a tailored activation strategy for incentives programs targeting agencies in NORAM and LATAM. As a thought leader, you will leverage your demonstrated experience and understanding of these segments to design a cohesive go-to-market offering that aligns with Meta's priorities. You will collaborate with and influence sales and cross-functional leadership at both global and regional levels to drive program engagement, adoption, and success, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and optimal market fit for offered benefits.
Agencies Incentives Activation Lead - North & Latin America Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Monetization Incentives with the agency sales team, crafting and executing activation strategies for their key segments in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute market-level activation plans, driving engagement from awareness to conversion in collaboration with local stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive incentive/market alignment by influencing program design and connecting it with global and regional priorities across the portfolio of programs by agency segments
  • Develops engaging content, collateral materials, and leverages internal tools to drive internal and external communications. Identifies and nurtures a formal network of sponsors and champions and supports sales teams with training and resources.
  • Tracks and analyzes activation performance, provides insights for future strategies, and measures effectiveness via leading indicators.
  • Manages Sales inbound and program feedback back to the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Agency Account Management, Program Management or Business Development, with a focus on driving revenue growth, managing client relationships and developing strategic plans to achieve business goals.
  • Proven experience in program activation, go-to-market strategy, or full funnel omni-channel management.
  • Track record of successfully launching and executing marketing or sales initiatives that drive engagement, conversion, and revenue growth
  • Experience in digital marketing or omni channel sales.
  • Operational leadership experience, particularly in bringing teams and functions together to drive programs to completion.
  • Experience working effectively within a changing environment and pivoting to areas of greatest opportunity under ambiguous situations.
  • Experience with cross functional coordination and relationship management across levels within a matrixed environment.
  • Experience working with a global team and an understanding of regional nuances.
  • Complex problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven communicator with experience in facilitation across all levels, addressing both large and small audiences across multiple leadership levels and functions.
  • BA/BS Business or Analytical field, or equivalent practical experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in management and rollout sales activation programs and resources.
  • Experience working with agencies in North America or Latin America
  • Spanish or Portuguese language fluency

$126,000/year to $178,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
